Why this course

This course is aimed at interviewers that want to improve their skills of being an interviewer. Interviewing is one of those things that is part science and part art. Yet we often over complicate it or think we know everything, when in fact we don't.

As someone that has worked within the HR & Talent space for 18+ years I have seen and experienced my fair share of bad interviews. A lot of this is down to not knowing what to look for or that the interviewers had no experience of running an effective interviews. After my many years of running interviewer training courses and Manager Training, I want to help as many interview teams, hiring managers and first time managers ensure that they hire and develop the right talent in the right way.
